Welcome to the Cairntawie Wind Farm website
Wind2 is developing proposals for a wind farm approximately 8km northwest of Peterhead and located within the Aberdeenshire local authority area boundary. Cairntawie Wood Wind Farm will comprise of up to 2 wind turbines, with an installed capacity of approximately 9.6 megawatts (MW) along with associated infrastructure.
With staff based in Edinburgh, Perthshire and the Highlands, as well as Wales, the Wind2 team has significant expertise in renewable energy and a track record of successfully developing onshore wind projects throughout the UK.
